Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me as your commissioned artist! Please read these Terms of Service carefully. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out via any of the contact methods listed on the "Contact" page.

1.) Artist Rights and Usage

• I reserve the right to post finished artwork to my gallery and social media unless you request otherwise (Do Not Post - DNP).• If you request a DNP, a number will be assigned to your piece on the commission queue for privacy. The artwork will only be shared with you and will remain confidential.

2.) Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through PayPal. Please note that my PayPal name is a deadname; any use of this name is not tolerated.• Work will commence only after the agreed-upon price is paid in full. An invoice will be sent directly from [email protected] (via PayPal).• A PayPal fee of 3.49% + $0.49 USD is added to cover transaction costs. This percentage and fee may change as PayPal updates their own terms and fees. Tips are enabled and appreciated!

3.) Commission Guidelines

• I will not create artwork depicting: child/babyfur, pedophilia, scat/watersports, political themes, inflation, or any content that makes me uncomfortable. I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion. Feel free to ask if you're unsure about a theme! I’d much rather discuss your ideas prior to declining than having someone assume I’ll say no purely based on anxiety! I do not bite, I promise.• I specialize in various themes, including punk/grunge, humanoids, teeth/fangs, light gore, and character design.• All characters- including Trans, Nonbinary, Queer, and 2SLGBTQIA+ characters- are welcome. Pronouns can be added to credits upon request.

4.) Revisions and Edits

• Each commission includes up to two minor revisions. Major revisions (changes requiring reworking over 50% of the artwork) or additional revisions may incur extra charges. Additional revisions or alternate image edits will incur extra charges based on complexity.

5.) Cancellation and Refunds

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if a client is disrespectful, unresponsive (within reason), or aggressive with update requests.

6.) Client Rights and Restrictions

• Clients may not mint or sell their commissioned pieces as NFTs, edit the work, or repost it without proper credit.
• You are welcome to repost or use commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes (e.g., icons, banners) with appropriate credit.
• Simple edits, like color adjustments or cropping for icons/banners, are permitted as long as the watermark remains intact.

7.) Communication

• I will keep you updated via your preferred communication method (Telegram, Discord, etc.). Please be patient with response times, as everyone has a life outside of the screen. If you need to take a break from communication, let me know, and I will respect your privacy.

(Normally a ~$275 value)

Includes: Full-body, Bust, *2 items or 2 “up-close views” of Body Parts (ie: Eyes, Tongue, NSFW bits), “Pelt” View or Mini Character (chibi), & Colour Palette

* - You may have 1 item and 1 close-up view if desired

Type C: $350+

(Normally a ~$450 value)

Includes: x2 Full-body, Bust, Half-body, *2 items or 2 “up-close views” of Body Parts (ie: Eyes, Tongue, NSFW bits), “Pelt” View or Mini Character (chibi), Detail Call-Outs (Text blurbs about design, ie: “Thick legs”, “Strong Arms”, “Eyes change colour”, Etc.) & Colour Palette

ImportantIf you'd like to include extra add-ons, such as additional headshots, items, or close-up views, the cost will increase. Expect to pay an additional $30-$50 for each add-on.If you don't see a sheet type that fits what you're looking for, contact me so that we can talk pricing and create what you have in mind!

Additional Pricing Considerations

• Additional Characters: Add 80% of the base price per additional character.• Alternative Views: An additional $10-$40 will be charged for each requested Alternative Version of a commission.
(ex: You purchased a clothed full-body image, but want a tasteful nude version as well as a more mature rating nude version- Depending on the complexity of what you’d like for the two Alt. versions, it will cost an extra $10-$40 per/alt image).• Rush Fee: An additional 25-50% of the total commission price for expedited delivery.• Complex Designs: For intricate character designs (detailed armor, tattoos, or accessories), an extra $20-$50 will be charged to account for the additional time/effort required.• Custom Designs: The "Custom" charge applies when a visual reference for the character is not provided, requiring me to create the design from scratch. If you supply a mood board, a collection of inspirational references, or a descriptive text to guide the design, this fee will be applicable. Upon completion, the rights to the custom design will be transferred to you.• Backgrounds:
- Simple: Single Colour/Gradient. Free.
- Moderate: 1-3 objects in background. Depending on amount of detail, an additional $10-35 will be charged.
- Complex: Detailed, complex backgrounds such as buildings or landscaping. Additional $40-$80 depending on complexity.

If you're interested in commissioning an illustration that doesn't fit into one of my predefined categories, my standard hourly rate will apply. Please see all information pertaining to my hourly rate and fees for custom commissions below.

Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate: $30 USD/hour
In addition, a base rate will be charged to cover the complexity and initial setup of the work.

Base Rate Breakdown:

The base rate varies depending on the size and complexity of the illustration. This ensures that even smaller or quicker commissions are fairly compensated, while larger and more detailed works are priced accordingly. Here's a guide to how base rates are structured:• Simple or Small Illustrations:
These typically start at a base rate of $30 USD, which covers simple sketches or minimal work (1 hour of work).• Moderate Complexity Illustrations:
For medium-sized projects or more detailed pieces, the base rate can range from $40 USD to $100 USD depending on the expected level of detail and time involved.• Large or Highly Detailed Illustrations:
For full illustrations or projects that require a significant amount of detail or time, the base rate may range from $100 USD to $200 USD. This covers setup for highly complex or full-body designs, intricate backgrounds, or multiple elements within the piece.

Total Pricing:

The final cost will be determined by the base rate plus the hourly rate for the time spent completing the project.Example:
• A custom sketch that takes 2 hours to complete would be charged as follows:
Base Rate ($30) + Hourly Rate ($30/hour x 2 hours) = $90 USD.
• A larger illustration that takes 5 hours to complete might be charged as:
Base Rate ($80) + Hourly Rate ($30/hour x 5 hours) = $230 USD.

Traditional Mediums & Material Costs

For projects that involve traditional mediums (e.g., paint, canvas, clay, etc.), an additional materials fee will be applied to cover the cost of supplies.

Estimated Materials Costs:

The cost of materials varies based on the specific tools and mediums used. Here is a general breakdown:> Sketching/Ink Work (Paper, Ink, Pencils):
• Simple sketches on paper: $5-$15 USD (covers high-quality sketch paper and ink/pencils).> Painted Pieces (Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor, etc.):
• Small Canvas (under 12 inches): $15-$30 USD
• Medium Canvas (12-24 inches): $30-$60 USD
• Large Canvas (over 24 inches): $60-$100 USD
• Paint (acrylic, oil, watercolor): Depending on the project, a flat fee of $10-$40 USD may be added for paint.> Sculptures (Clay, Tools, Firing Costs):
• Small Sculptures: $20-$50 USD (covers clay, basic tools, and firing fees).
• Medium to Large Sculptures: $50-$150 USD depending on the size and complexity of the sculpture (includes clay, tools, firing, and any additional materials like paint or glazes).

Shipping Fees:

If the piece is a physical product (e.g., a canvas painting or sculpture), shipping costs will apply depending on the destination and size of the piece.• Domestic Shipping (within Canada): $15-$40 USD.
• International Shipping: $30-$80 USD depending on size, weight, and destination.

Total Pricing:

The final cost of traditional art projects will be determined by the base rate, hourly rate, and the cost of materials.> Example:
• A medium canvas painting that takes 6 hours to complete might be charged as follows:
Base Rate ($100) + Hourly Rate ($30/hour x 6 hours = $180) + Material Costs (canvas + paint = $50) = $330 USD.
